On the 3rd November, representatives of MESGA met with the CEO of Circular Economy Malta, Ing. Jason Vella and representatives of the Ministry for the Environment, Energy and Enterprise to discuss national plans to develop potential main links that enable a defined movement of resources within our economic activities. The principle of transforming a take-make-waste model to one that considers the full life-cycle of the resources that are deployed in our economy needs definition, understanding and commitment that supports collaboration and a transition of true sustainable businesses that are appreciated by an increasing number of customers. This model makes business sense, is ethical and generates value. The meeting discussed forms of collaboration that would accelerate such transformation.
