A Vision for Tomorrow: Youth Council Presents Sustainable Manifesto and Artwork to Prime Minister

The Consultative Council for Future Generations (CCfFG) shared their vision for Malta with Prime Minister Robert Abela—one rooted in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Malta’s Vision 2050. This vision was captured in a compelling Manifesto advocating for sustainable change, which was formally presented to the Prime Minister.
As part of the dialogue, the CCfFG also presented a painting created by artist Joe Farrugia during the ISIMGĦUNA conference last November. The artwork serves as a visual anchor to the Manifesto, illustrating the interconnected goals and aspirations that Maltese youth believe should guide national policy.
The painting is currently exhibited at the Auberge de Castille, before continuing its tour across major Maltese businesses that are MESGA members. The CCfFG was accompanied by MESGA members’ CEOs & Board of Advisors, with transport provided by the branded Isimgħuna bus, courtesy of founding member Malta Public Transport.
